Andrea’s college roommate, Shaunna, is in town this weekend to visit. They haven’t seen each other for at least 3 years (this is the first time she has seen Addison). Her and her son, Maverick, flew into town Friday to visit.
As we were sitting around talking, we got to talking about houses and all that. She proceeded to tell me that they bought their 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath condo in Chattanooga for $27,000. You know what that means? That means that her monthly mortgage is $127.
That just blows my mind. SO those of you reading this in the DC area, enjoy that. Some of us have cars that cost more than her home!
